Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a contract between you and WebLeadsAI. A project only begins when scope, price, payment terms and deliverables are agreed in writing.
Any early portfolio rate, starter package, discount or limited offer remains subject to scope, availability and written confirmation.
4. Client responsibilities
For project work, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, business details, images, copy, access, permissions, approvals and feedback needed to complete the work.
Clients must have the right to use any content, images, logos, testimonials, brand material or third-party assets they provide to WebLeadsAI.
5. Pricing, payments and third-party costs
Prices shown on the website are only a guide unless confirmed in writing. Additional pages, advanced forms, integrations, domains, hosting, email tools, maintenance, SEO work, automation, CRM setup, content writing, revisions or platform fees may be priced separately.
Domain names, hosting, software subscriptions and third-party service costs are normally separate from WebLeadsAI's design/build fee unless agreed otherwise.
6. No guaranteed results
WebLeadsAI builds websites and lead capture systems designed to improve presentation, clarity and enquiry flow. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, revenue, enquiries, conversions or business outcomes.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, pricing, reputation, speed of response, ad spend, search visibility, offer quality and client operations.
7. Ownership and portfolio use
Unless agreed otherwise, final website assets created specifically for a client are transferred to the client after agreed payment is received. Third-party tools, templates, libraries, fonts, platforms, stock assets and hosting services may remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Unless agreed otherwise, WebLeadsAI may show completed or demonstration work in its portfolio, case studies, sales material and social proof.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a client, third-party platform outages, domain issues, hosting issues, email deliverability problems, search engine changes, advertising platform decisions, or unauthorised changes made outside WebLeadsAI's control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
